“Green Gifts” Activity for VinRobotics Employees

After an intense period of participating in major industry events, VinRobotics employees have continued to work with enthusiasm despite the inevitable fatigue from heavy workloads and tight schedules. Yet, their spirits remain high — fueled by the joy of seeing a line of code run without error or a robot move more smoothly than it did a week, or even a month, before. 

As a gesture of appreciation for these efforts, the company’s leadership and back office department launched the “Green Gifts” activity, giving each staff member a plant as part of the celebration marking the company’s first anniversary. 

Each seedling represents growth and nurturing. As a young enterprise, VinRobotics takes pride in pioneering the development of intelligent robotics in Vietnam, while steadfastly pursuing a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement — cultivated by every engineer and every team member. 

Each plant pot was thoughtfully tagged with the VinRobotics logo and personally handed to employees, bringing visible joy as they received their “green-standard” gifts. 

The office space was soon filled with fresh greenery after the gifting activity. Though a modest gesture, the plants now sitting on every desk bring a sense of calm, ease eye strain after long hours with machinery, and serve as a gentle reminder of growth — both personal and collective. 

To commemorate its first anniversary, VinRobotics also organizes a series of team-bonding and reflection activities, including sports tournaments, e-sports challenges, outdoor excursions combined with technical sharing sessions, and fun mini-games.
