1. Overview
The Accounting Officer is responsible for performing daily accounting tasks, supporting financial reporting and tax compliance, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data in accordance with State regulations and Group policies.
2. Responsibilities
Perform accounting tasks related to payments, revenue, fixed assets, and receivables/payables management.
Execute periodic closing entries including allocation, depreciation, accruals, and other adjustments.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with State regulations and VinGroup reporting requirements (financial statements, asset reports, spending plans, key issue reports, original document handover records, etc.).
Perform tax obligations including declaration and submission of VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT, etc.; reconcile and explain tax data with tax authorities periodically or upon request.
Provide professional accounting support to internal departments.
Prepare and explain financial data for audits and VinGroup inspections.
Handle other tasks assigned by the line manager.
3. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
Preference for candidates with accounting certificates (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or relevant financial positions.
Experience working with SAP.
Good command of Business English (reading and writing).
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Solid understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Able to work both independently and in a team.
Good communication skills, integrity, and responsibility.
