About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of sophisticated web and mobile applications for our robotic systems platform. You'll architect and build production-grade interfaces for training data management, system testing, deployment operations, and industrial monitoring. This role includes significant technical leadership and mentorship responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead frontend architecture design for robotics data platform and control applications

• Develop advanced web applications for robotic system configuration, testing, and deployment

• Build comprehensive training data management interfaces with annotation and quality control tools

• Create real-time visualization systems for multi-robot coordination and monitoring

• Design and implement mobile applications for field technicians and operators

• Establish frontend development standards, best practices, and code review processes

• Optimize application performance for handling large-scale sensor data and video streams

• Integrate 3D visualization components for robot workspace planning and trajectory review

• Mentor junior frontend engineers and conduct technical training sessions

• Collaborate with backend and robotics teams to define API contracts and data models

• Lead technical discussions on UI/UX patterns for complex robotics workflows

• Evaluate and select frontend technologies, frameworks, and tooling

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience

• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)

• Proven experience architecting large-scale web applications

• Strong background in state management, performance optimization, and code architecture

• Experience with real-time data visualization and streaming interfaces

• Proficiency in responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)

• Track record of mentoring junior developers and leading technical projects

• Strong understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WebGL, Three.js, or Babylon.js for 3D robotics visualization

• Knowledge of video streaming technologies (WebRTC, HLS)

• Experience building data annotation or labeling tools

• Familiarity with robotics concepts and industrial automation

• Background in mobile development (React Native, Flutter)

• Experience with real-time communication (WebSocket, MQTT, ROS bridge)

• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

• Knowledge of Python or C++ for integration with robotics systems

• Experience with design systems and component libraries
