Job Description

As a Junior Robotics Software Engineer at VinRobotics, you'll be working in the development of autonomous robotic systems, contributing to software modules and tools in robotic platforms. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in designing and implementing software for robot locomotion and manipulation.

- Develop tools for data analysis, visualization, and debugging to support robotics software development.

- Participate in algorithm tuning and performance analysis in both simulated and real environments.

- Support the operation and maintenance of robot systems, contributing to software failure analysis and performance enhancement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Proficiency in modern C++ and Python programming languages.

- Familiarity with ROS2 and Linux-based development environments.

- Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with real-time control systems through internships or academic projects.

- Strong interest in actuators, sensing technologies, embedded control systems, and integrated robotic systems.
