Project Manager
- Hanoi, Vietnam
- Fulltime
Overview:
We’re building the next generation of humanoid robots — and we’re looking for a Project Manager who loves turning ambitious ideas into real, working machines. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our product development, keeping fast-moving teams aligned, unblocking issues, and helping us ship world-class robotics in a high-uncertainty, high-impact startup environment.
This is a hands-on role for someone who’s comfortable with change, thrives in early-stage chaos, and enjoys working closely with engineers, founders, and partners to build something from zero to one.
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end execution of humanoid robot projects, from early concept to prototype and beyond.
Work side-by-side with AI, robotics, hardware, and software teams to keep everyone moving in the same direction.
Break big, complex problems into clear milestones, timelines, and priorities.
Keep projects on track by identifying risks early, removing blockers, and making trade-offs when needed.
Run sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and ad-hoc problem-solving sessions.
Communicate progress clearly and honestly to founders and stakeholders — no fluff.
Coordinate with external suppliers, manufacturers, and research partners when needed.
Continuously improve how we build, test, and ship robots as the company scales.
Be flexible and jump in wherever needed — this is a startup, after all.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
3+ years of experience managing technical projects, ideally in robotics, hardware, AI, or deep-tech startups.
Strong understanding of hardware + software development cycles.
Comfortable working with engineers and discussing technical trade-offs.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management approaches.
Strong ownership mindset, problem-solving skills, and bias toward action.
Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-changing environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building robots, autonomous systems, or complex electromechanical products.
Startup experience — especially early-stage or zero-to-one products.
Familiarity with AI/ML, embedded systems, controls, or mechatronics.
PMP, Scrum, or other PM certifications (nice to have, not required).
Passion for robotics, startups, and building things that don’t exist yet.
