Job Description:

VinRobotics is developing smart actuators for humanoid robots. We are looking for hands-on QA & Test Specialists to prepare test cases, run basic motor and actuator tests, record results, and support prototype assembly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare simple test procedures and checklists based on approved requirements, with guidance from SA engineers.

• Set up samples and directly run basic bench/dynamometer and End-of-Line (EOL) tests: visual and assembly checks, startup, no-load current, rotation direction, encoder feedback, basic communication, and rated/peak torque or speed checks as assigned.

• Record sample IDs, test conditions, raw data, abnormalities, and pass/fail results; prepare clear test logs and short reports.

• Support engineers in reproducing faults and retesting after corrections; coordinate samples and results with QC partner for full validation.

• Assist with assembling, wiring, and preparing prototype motors and actuators; maintain test equipment and safe working practices.

• Handle testing documentation, user manuals, and related technical documents.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Recent graduates with relevant hands-on projects are welcome.

• Able to follow test instructions, use basic measuring instruments, and work carefully with electromechanical hardware.

• Basic understanding of electric motors, sensors, or motor control; ability to record and summarize results in Excel.

• Willing to learn dynamometer operation, EOL testing, and actuator assembly. Prior motor-testing experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
