Overview

We're looking for an Agentic AI Engineer with experience building agentic / multi-agent systems. You'll design and ship production-ready agents that interact with real data, APIs, and workflows - from pipelines and data to evaluation in production.

Responsibilities

You'll work on agent / multi-agent AI systems, including:

• Designing and implementing Agentic AI pipelines Tool-calling, planning, memory, and multi-step workflows for real use cases.

• Managing data for agents Working with logs, user feedback, synthetic data, and evaluation traces; building data flows that power iteration and improvement.

• Writing training / finetuning / RAG / post-training code Implementing training, finetuning, RAG, and post-training components (e.g., rerankers, evaluators, safety layers) optimized for throughput and cost.

• Integrating agents with real systems Connecting agents to internal and external APIs, services, and data sources; embedding them into real-world workflows and products.

• Evaluating agents using real tasks: Measuring success rate, latency, robustness, and behavior in production; closing the loop between evaluation, debugging, and improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working with Agentic AI / LLM agents / multi-step tools or closely related experience.

• Strong coding skills in Python (or similar) and experience building backend or ML pipelines.

• Comfortable working with APIs, services, and internal data sources.

• Experience with streaming data and modern LLM/agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel) is a strong plus
