VinRobotics, based in Hanoi, Vietnam, is revolutionizing corporate operations with a fleet of autonomous robots addressing labor shortages and challenging tasks. Join our in-office team to help bring our vision of autonomous robot deployment to real-world problems.
We are seeking multiple experienced Data Platform Engineers to join us working on our AI robot project. This role focuses on building a data platform that facilitates robust full-stack applications to collect, organize, process datasets of multiple sources, and AI models for our robots.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy interactive software tools for data collection, management, and annotation
Supports batch processing, streaming data, or real-time ingestion.
Implement preprocessing and postprocessing pipeline for large-scale and heterogenous data.
Collaborate with AI and robotics engineers to understand software requirements and lead the implementation of effective solutions.
Build intuitive, user-friendly interfaces to enhance efficiency in collecting and presenting robot data.
Ensure tools are scalable and optimized for large-scale data collection and processing.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience developing as backend engineer or data engineer in web/data platform projects.
Proficiency in Python or Golang.
Proficiency with at least some technologies in Kubernetes (K8s), Kafka, Apache AirFlow, MinIO or similar.
Knowledge of data stores and databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB or Redis.
Strong Linux skills, including proficiency with command-line tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry-proven experience in MLOps, DataOps, or CloudOps.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket runner, etc.).
Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React.
Familiarity with ROS/ROS2.
Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud service.
