VinRobotics, based in Hanoi, Vietnam, is revolutionizing corporate operations with a fleet of autonomous robots addressing labor shortages and challenging tasks. Join our in-office team to help bring our vision of deploying autonomous robots to solve real-world problems.


We are looking for multiple experienced Electrical Engineers to design and test critical hardware components for our robots. You will play a vital role in developing and validating PCBAs for key systems such as power distribution, motor controllers, sensing, and computing. This is an opportunity to work on challenging, impactful projects that drive the performance and reliability of robots.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop conceptual designs and conduct trade studies to support critical design decisions.

  • Design and validate PCBAs for components such as power distribution boards, battery management systems, sensing boards, motor controllers, and compute boards.

  • Contribute to defining and improving PCBA design and test processes.

  • Review design artifacts (schematics, layouts, bill of materials, etc.) created by peers or external suppliers.

  • Support system integration and testing by contributing to test execution and debugging activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • 3+ years of industry experience.

  • Solid electrical engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience in designing, building, and testing PCBAs.

  • Expertise in using Altium or similar EDA tools for both schematics and layout design.

  • Mastery of:

    • Power electronics: motor drivers, switch-mode power supplies, etc.

    • Digital electronics: MCUs, FPGAs, Ethernet, USB, SPI, I2C, etc.

    • Analog electronics: filters, ADC/DAC, etc.

  • Proven ability to debug hardware issues efficiently and develop reliable solutions.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with LTspice, Python, or Matlab.

  • Familiarity with embedded programming of DSPs, microcontrollers, and FPGAs.

  • Experience with mechanical engineering and CAD tools such as Catia or SolidWorks.
