• Assigned to real roles and projects from day one, with clear ownership and measurable outcomes

Required Qualifications 

• Fresh graduates with Excellent or Distinction academic results from reputable universities in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Automation, Electronics, AI, or related fields. 

• Hands-on familiarity with technical tools (based on an in-depth development orientation): AI Software & Systems, Simulation, Hardware/Electronics, Data & Platforms, Automation & Deployment, ... 

• Experience with testing, debugging, and system optimization. 

• Successful completion of application screening, interviews, and technical entry assessment  

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to self learn effectively  

• Ability to read and write technical documentation in English  

• Good teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience through coursework, projects, research, or competitions in AI, robotics, or related engineering fields. 

• Portfolio or GitHub showcasing personal engineering work.
