Assigned to real roles and projects from day one, with clear ownership and measurable outcomes
Work directly on core VinRobotics products and technology initiatives
Execution-first development model combining on-the-job delivery with focused training in engineering, technology, and management
Senior level mentorship from Department Heads and Principal Engineers, with accountability for results
Cross-functional exposure aligned with Individual Development Plans (IDP) to build end-to-end system and business insight

Required Qualifications
Fresh graduates with Excellent or Distinction academic results from reputable universities in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Automation, Electronics, AI, or related fields.
Hands-on familiarity with technical tools (based on an in-depth development orientation): AI Software & Systems, Simulation, Hardware/Electronics, Data & Platforms, Automation & Deployment, ...
Experience with testing, debugging, and system optimization.
Successful completion of application screening, interviews, and technical entry assessment
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to self learn effectively
Ability to read and write technical documentation in English
Good teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience through coursework, projects, research, or competitions in AI, robotics, or related engineering fields.
Portfolio or GitHub showcasing personal engineering work.
