Description
Take part in delegated technical teams led by domain experts to research, design, and propose solutions
Receive structured training by specialized topics following a 1-3-6 month roadmap covering technical skills, soft skills, and project deliverables
Benefit from a personalized and continuously updated learning program aligned with individual and company development goals
Join internal team challenges and competitions to foster creativity and innovation (e.g., simple robotics solutions for real problems)
Ongoing mentoring with monthly progress reviews, quarterly evaluations, and a final capstone project presentation

Required Qualifications
3rd or 4th year undergraduate students majoring in Mechatronics, Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or related engineering disciplines
Currently enrolled in a university with strong foundations in programming and/or engineering
Successful completion of application screening, interviews, and technical entry assessment
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to self-learn effectively
Ability to read and write technical documentation in English
Basic skills in software testing and debugging
Good teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience through coursework, projects, research, or competitions in AI, robotics, or related engineering fields.
Portfolio or GitHub showcasing personal engineering work.
Hands-on familiarity with technical tools
