Job Description

We are seeking a director for product management to plan, design, execute, and deliver appealing products for VinRobotics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for VinRobotics product roadmap and product strategy design, collaborating with high-level managers to design and monetize the products.

- Responsible for planning and building the overall operations system of the product and building a Product Operations team.

- Establish a data-driven product monitoring system, sort out the GTM system and process, improve product penetration rate and satisfaction.

- Build a collaborative system for product, R&D, and global operations teams, converge and filter product issues reported by users, output effective solutions, and enhance product capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

- Obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, - - Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.

- Have 8+ years of robotic industry-related operation/product operation experience, especially as a product manager or product developer.

- Have 3+ years of team management experience.

- Have proven experience working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, and guide the team through key milestones.

- Good communication and coordination skills, empathy, and patience.

- Passionate about design and figuring out best-in-class solutions to UX, UI, and interaction challenges.
