We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to lead the design, development, and evolution of intuitive and scalable user interfaces that support VinRobotics' robot systems. In this role, you will own the frontend architecture of dynamic web applications, user interaction tools, and data visualization platforms. You will set technical direction, mentor other developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the frontend aligns with the overall goals of our robotics ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, implement, and deploy frontend tools for:

1. Robot configuration and calibration.

2. Data management and visualization.

3. User interaction interfaces for the robot population.

• Define and own frontend architecture, coding standards, and shared component libraries/design systems across products.

• Optimize frontend performance to provide smooth and fast user experiences, including real-time data and large-dataset scenarios.

• Conduct code and design reviews, and ensure code quality and long-term maintainability of frontend features.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level frontend developers.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including backend, design, system integration, and product) to gather requirements and ensure consistency across user interfaces and system functionalities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a frontend developer building web applications, including experience leading the design of non-trivial frontend systems.

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.

• Solid experience with state management, API integration (REST/WebSocket), and frontend testing.

• Experience working with UI/UX designers and design tools such as Figma, and turning designs into polished, responsive, user-friendly applications.

• Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization and user experience enhancement.

• Experience with Git and modern software development processes.

• Ability to work independently, drive features end to end, and lead technical discussions within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Foxglove.

• Experience building real-time dashboards or monitoring interfaces (e.g., telemetry, robot status).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices (e.g., GitLab, Bitbucket Pipelines).

• Familiarity with ROS/ROS2 or 3D/robot visualization is a plus.
