We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Robotics Application Developer to join our team and support the deployment and customization of advanced robotic systems across a wide range of client applications. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge robotics technology and real-world industrial needs. As a Robotics Application Expert, you will work directly with clients, engineering teams, and integrators to configure, test, and optimize robotic systems for specific use cases. Your responsibilities will span application development, system integration, performance tuning, and user training, ensuring that our solutions deliver maximum value and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze customer requirements and translate them into tailored robotic applications

· Assist Sales leaders in creating key applications segments sale playbook, analyzing competitive landscape, building appropriate reference architectures, technical solutions and documentation to capture market demands.

· Design and simulate robotics applications using software tools

· Troubleshoot software and hardware issues during development and deployment phases

· Deliver technical training to end-users, operators, and integrators on robotics applications, IIoT and safety protocols

· Provide post-deployment support

· Act as a technical liaison between clients, sales, and R&D to inform future product development

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

· Hands-on experience with robotics integration or application engineering (preferred in automotive and electronics assembly)

· Solid understanding of automation systems, sensor, PLCs, machine vision, and industrial robots, cobots

· Proficiency in simulation and offline programming tools and robotics simulation

· Strong problem-solving, communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with ROS/ROS2 for robotic system development and integration

· Familiarity with navigation algorithms, and path planning for mobile robotics

· Knowledge of vision systems, including 2D/3D cameras and object recognition

· Programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages used in robotics applications

· Experience with PLC programming and industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherCAT, Modbus, OPC-UA)
