1. Overview
The Marketing Team Lead is responsible for strategy, planning and directing all marketing and communication activities for VinRobotics, ensuring consistent brand representation for a high-tech manufacturing and robotics company.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1. Branding & Corporate Communication Strategy
Develop and manage standardized branding and communication materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all robotics, engineering, and corporate channels.
Plan communication campaigns showcasing technology capabilities, product features, manufacturing excellence, and R&D achievements.
2.2. Marketing Planning & Execution
Build annual/quarterly marketing plans for product launches, sales enablement, recruitment, and internal communication.
Manage marketing budgets and performance (ROI).
Oversee digital channels and ensure messaging aligns with a tech/manufacturing audience.
Ensure compliance with internal brand guidelines & standards.
2.3. Business Development Support
Work with Business, Technical Leaders to create product sheets, brochures, case studies, demo videos.
Support commercial proposals with marketing assets.
Communicate product updates, deployments, and customer success stories.
2.4. Internal Communication & Recruitment Marketing
Support HR by producing employer branding materials, internal newsletters, and event communications.
Support training programs related to technology, robotics, or operations by creating communication assets and visuals.
3. Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Engineering/Technology.
4–6 years at least of experience in Marketing, including 1–2 years in a team lead, supervisor, or project owner role.
Proven experience leading marketing projects, campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives.
Strong understanding of:
- B2B marketing models and customer journeys
- Technical product communication (e.g, robots, automation systems, manufacturing processes)
- Corporate branding and brand governance
Strong skills in:
- Strategic planning
- Content development (technical & non-technical)
- Translating complex engineering concepts into market-ready messages
- Data-driven marketing analysis
- Team leadership & cross-functional communication
