Job Overviews:

Given the nature of AI and Robotics projects (long sales cycles, complex customer deployments, technical issue support after contract), this important role of Operation Lead acts as a Process Partner, Data Analyst, and Project Support Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

a. Sale Contract Support and Process Management

• Assist Sale and Project Execution Team in contract management and documentation: the internal legal review and signature process for contracts, and smooth transition to finance and control credit team.

• Perform regular data audits to maintain data hygiene at DATAROOM, which is critical for a startup's limited resources and need for reliable metrics

• Assist tender, sale team and purchaser to categorize goods and services, and support the purchasing and outsourcing process if needed.

b. Project Coordinator

• Ensure all necessary documentation is transferred, including the final SOW, client requirements, and relevant technical notes from the Sales to Execution Phase.

• Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure invoices are generated accurately, on time, and match the contractual terms (especially for projects with staged payments/milestones).

• Assist the PMO team with initial resource forecasting for new projects (checking hardware inventory, working with outsourcing partners for engineering service if needed).

Required Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field.

• Experience: A minimum of 2-5+ years of progressive experience in operations management, project leadership, or a related supervisor role.

• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of operational processes and systems, often specific to the company's industry in manufacturing or logistics.
