VinRobotics, based in Hanoi, Vietnam, is revolutionizing corporate operations with a fleet of autonomous robots addressing labor shortages and challenging tasks. Join our in-office team to help bring our vision of autonomous robot deployment to real-world problems.

As a Robot Pilot, you will have a hands-on role in teaching our robots new behaviors and skills. Working directly with our robots, you will guide them through teleoperation, collect valuable data for AI training, and collaborate with our AI team to refine robot performance over time. This is a unique opportunity to work on the front lines of robotics innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate teleoperation equipment to guide robots through designated behaviors and tasks.

• Upload collected data to the AI training system to support learning and behavior refinement.

• Identify and report issues during data collection to the AI team, providing daily feedback for improvement.

• Ensure a safe operating environment for both yourself and the robot during teleoperation.

• Follow established equipment and robot maintenance protocols, including start-up and shutdown procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent physical coordination, spatial awareness, and ability to maintain focus.

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day and perform repetitive tasks.

• Quick learner of new physical tasks, with the ability to optimize task execution.

• Open to constructive feedback and motivated to improve continuously.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with robots or troubleshooting mechanical systems.

• Passion for scaling the deployment of learning robots and contributing to their development.
