Job Description:
VinRobotics, based in Hanoi, Vietnam, is revolutionizing corporate operations with a fleet of autonomous robots addressing labor shortages and challenging tasks. Join our in-office team to help bring our vision of deploying autonomous robots to solve real-world problems.

We are seeking multiple Edge AI Engineers to deploy, optimize models in constrained hardware, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and low-latency performance. This role offers the opportunity to design the future of real-time, on-device intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate AI solutions into edge hardware (GPUs, NPUs, FPGAs, DSP,…)

• Optimize model inference time, power consumption and other KPIs

• Develop automated testing and deployment pipelines for edge AI solutions

• Collaborate with hardware teams to ensure optimal AI model performance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, AI or related technical fields.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in deployment and optimization AI/ML/DL model (Format Conversion, Graph partitioning, Graph optimizing, Graph execution, Graph static analysis, Quantization, …) in edge devices.

• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Shell script, ...

• Experience with edge AI frameworks (TensorFlow Lite, EdgeML, ONNX runtime, TVM, …).

• Strong understanding of model optimization techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to any of OpenCL/Neon/OpenGL/… compute

• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS), embedded Linux, …

• Hands-on with Bitbucket/GitLab/GitHub CI, Docker, and containerized embedded builds.

• Build system expertise: CMake, Make, Bazel, Yocto, …
