We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Proposal and Solution Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the pre-sales and business development process by designing and proposing tailored engineering solutions that align with client needs and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into scalable, cost-effective solutions

·       Prepare and deliver proposals, technical presentations, scope-of-work documents, and cost estimates

·       Review unique value proposition ensuring we offer the best solution to customer while being aligned with internal process and strategic planning

·       Be able to communicate technical concepts and solutions to internal and external customers

·       Provide pre-sales technical support and participate in customer meetings as the technical subject matter expert

·       Design high-level technical solutions, including system architectures, hardware/software components, and integration strategy

·       Conduct feasibility assessments and risk analysis for proposed solutions

·       Liaise with engineering and operations teams to validate the viability of proposed solutions and timelines

·       Create and maintain bid planning, and improve proposal quality over time through feedback and standardization

Required Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with preferred 3+ years of experience and background in robotics and IIoT

·       Working knowledge of project costing, BOM generation, and ROI analysis

·       Proven ability to manage multiple proposals and meet tight deadlines

·       Basics of understanding of the bidding management process with use cases and best practices in Automotive, Electronics industries.

·       Strong understanding of engineering systems, software architectures, or automation technologies

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in presenting complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience in robotics industries, application segment in manufacturing, logistics warehousing, automotive, electronics assembly

·       Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or system design software

·       Previous exposure to RFP/RFQ processes and government or enterprise procurement workflow

·       Experience with CRM or proposal management software (e.g., Salesforce, PandaDoc, Qvidian)
