1. Overview 

The CEO Assistant role is a high-intensity executive apprenticeship designed to develop future leaders for VinRobotics’ spin-offs and other P&Ls within Vingroup. The role focuses on hands-on involvement in strategic thinking, execution, and operations, working directly with the CEO, CTO, and Directors to build leadership capabilities and business ownership. 

2. Responsibilities 

• Work directly with the CEO, CTO, and Directors on real strategic, operational, and execution challenges. 

• Support leadership in strategy development, execution tracking, and critical decision-making processes. 

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, follow-up, and timely execution of key initiatives. 

• Contribute to building business functions from early-stage through scaling phases. 

• Take ownership of assigned projects and initiatives with clear deliverables and measurable outcomes. 

• Analyze problems, synthesize information, and propose practical solutions in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. 

• Gradually assume expanded responsibilities with the potential to lead projects, teams, or business units. 

• Participate in operating a full-stack humanoid robotics and Agentic/Physical AI business, covering R&D, technology, product development, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, mass production, and business development. 

3. Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. 

• Strong interest in robotics, deep tech, AI, or engineering-driven businesses. 

• High learning agility, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work closely with senior leadership. 

• Strong ownership mindset, resilience, and willingness to learn by doing in a high-intensity environment. 

• Prior experience in strategy, operations, consulting, engineering, product, startups, or leadership development programs is an advantage. 

• Fluency in English is required.
