Overview
We are looking for a Recruitment Supervisor who plays a pivotal role in overseeing end‐to‐end recruitment operations at VinRobotics, ensuring the organisation attracts, selects and retains high calibre talent. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will lead a team of recruiters, develop recruitment strategies, manage workforce planning, and strengthen VinRobotics’ employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for robotics, AI, and engineering roles — from sourcing to onboarding — ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Build and execute strategic hiring plans to meet business growth targets and workforce forecasts.
Develop strong pipelines of top tech talent through direct sourcing, campus programs, referrals, job fairs, and partnerships with external agencies.
Collaborate closely with technical and business leaders to define hiring needs and deliver the right talent on time.
Drive employer branding initiatives to position VinRobotics as a leading robotics and technology employer in Vietnam and the region.
Manage recruitment metrics and systems to track performance, improve efficiency, and ensure data-driven decisions.
Foster relationships with universities, research institutes, and training organizations to secure future talent supply.
Ensure all recruitment activities align with labor laws, internal policies, and Vingroup’s standards of excellence.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a technology/robotics or high‐volume hiring environment.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, candidate assessment, selection processes and labour legislation.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‐management skills in Vietnamese and English.
Strong organisational skills, ability to work under pressure, manage multiple requisitions, and deliver results.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in employer branding, campus recruitment or recruitment marketing in a tech/robotics environment.
Proven experience leading a recruitment team, managing agency relationships, and executing international hiring projects.
Strong understanding of emerging talent acquisition trends (AI sourcing, recruitment analytics, candidate experience) and workforce planning.
Familiarity with robotics, automation industry or engineering hiring requirements.
Experience in the fields of IT, high-tech industries, hardware design, and manufacturing.
Well-established network in high-tech scientific research, AI, hardware design, and manufacturing.
