Learning & Cultural Development Supervisor

Overview 
We are looking for a Learning & Cultural Development Supervisor who will lead and coordinate initiatives that foster a strong learning culture and a vibrant organisational culture at VinRobotics. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will support the design and delivery of training programs, employee engagement, internal communications, and cultural transformation efforts aligned with VinRobotics’ mission, values and business strategy. 

Key Responsibilities 

Learning & Developement 

  • Lead the design and execution of learning programs that enhance technical expertise, leadership, and innovation — including onboarding, technical upskilling, mentoring, and continuous learning. 

  • Partner with department leaders to identify skill gaps, build tailored development roadmaps, and track learning effectiveness across engineering, R&D, and support teams. 

  • Collaborate with subsidiaries across Vingroup to organize internal training sessions, talent development programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. 

  • Standardize, update, and manage online/offline training materials and the company’s learning management systems. 

  • Oversee training budgets, vendor partnerships, and reporting of learning KPIs (participation, satisfaction, outcomes). 

  • Evaluate program effectiveness, collect feedback, and recommend data-driven improvements to ensure learning scalability and impact. 

Cultural Development & Engagement 

  • Plan and execute internal events, workshops, and campaigns that strengthen cultural values and employee engagement. 

  • Create and manage internal communication content (articles, videos, newsletters, digital media) to reinforce VinRobotics’ vision, values, and desired behaviors. 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs that enhance employee experience. 

  • Serve as a key partner in organizational culture transformation and change management projects related to people and workplace development. 

  • Stay updated on best practices in learning, engagement, and digital culture tools to ensure VinRobotics remains a leading innovation-driven workplace. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business or related field. 

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in learning & development, organisational culture, employee engagement or HR in a fast‐paced environment. 

  • Strong capability in designing and delivering learning programmes and cultural initiatives. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English. 

  • Good analytical skills and capable of interpreting learning/culture metrics and driving data‐informed decisions. 

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with learning management/e‐learning technologies. 

  • Strong stakeholder‐management skills, able to collaborate with business leaders and cross‐functional teams. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in the fields of IT, high-tech industries, hardware design, and manufacturing.  

  • Strong network in high-tech scientific research, AI, hardware design and manufacturing. 

  • Knowledgeable in digital learning platforms, micro‐learning, blended learning, or LMS administration. 

  • Prior experience in managing cultural change or employee experience programs within a multinational or technology‐driven company.
